These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by BlockTech Services LLP, operating under the brand Ryoko World ("Ryoko", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

Ryoko World acts as a travel concierge and intermediary facilitating:

  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel / hostel bookings
  • Visa assistance
  • Experiences & activities
  • Corporate & group travel
  • Custom itineraries

Ryoko does not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport companies, or experience providers.

All services are subject to third-party supplier rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Minors may use services only through a legal guardian.

4. BOOKINGS

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices may change until booking is confirmed and paid.
  • Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Customers must verify all booking details within 24 hours of confirmation.

Ryoko reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:

  • Passenger names
  • Passport numbers
  • Travel dates
  • Contact details
  • Visa and transit requirements

Ryoko is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments may be made via:

  • UPI
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Bank Transfer
  • Third-party payment gateways

Ryoko does not store card or UPI details.

Payment information is handled directly by payment gateways in accordance with their security standards.

7. SERVICE FEES

Certain services may include planning, concierge, or management fees.

Service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Refunds follow airline / hotel / supplier policies.
  • Non-refundable services remain non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time: 7–21 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Ryoko service fees remain non-refundable.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Date changes, name changes, or itinerary modifications are subject to supplier rules and applicable charges.

10. VISA SERVICES

  • Ryoko provides documentation assistance only.
  • Visa processing may be handled by third-party visa service providers.
  • Visa approval is decided solely by embassies or governments.
  • No visa approval guarantee.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable.

11. DENIED BOARDING / IMMIGRATION

Ryoko is not responsible if a passenger is denied boarding, denied entry, or deported due to:

  • Visa issues
  • Passport validity
  • Immigration decisions
  • Incomplete documentation

12. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Ryoko is not liable for:

  • Airline delays or cancellations
  • Hotel service quality
  • Lost baggage
  • Injury, illness, or death
  • Acts of third parties
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Ryoko for the specific service.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Ryoko is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures

14. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Fraudulent transactions, abuse of chargebacks, or misuse of services may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Cancellation of bookings
  • Legal action where applicable

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, and materials belong to BlockTech Services LLP.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

16. TERMINATION

Ryoko may suspend or terminate access without notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

Ryoko may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
